Do you really beleive that 666 refers to Tarsus? If so, where is Tarsus spelled with a "w" (waw)?
Sounds like you're stretching the whole Anti-Paul thing a bit to me... Why would you suppose (or even care) to try and prove that Revelation was written by a Jewish Christian, when obviously the author didn't have a very good understanding of Semitic expressions.
It seems to me that 666 represents Nero, as it makes sense, fits the spelling of the day (including the variant 616).
I don't doubt that Paul was at complete odds with the Pillars of Jerusalem, of which James was the leader. I won't argue that James should be able to best represent the teachings of his own brother, Jesus, especially when compared to Paul who obviously never knew Jesus. I don't doubt that the New Testament is largely composed of Pauline propaganda.
But why do you need to bend over backwards on such a thing like "proving" that the city of Tarsus was the anti-christ? I mean really, the whole darn city?? If they were going to code "paul" then why didnt they do so, and spell it right while they were at it?
Personally, I find your pages very interesting, but on this one, I'm going to stick with 666 = "Neron Ceasar"
